RECIPE

  • diet no sugar, nuts, dairy, gluten

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 1 small sweet potato
  • ½ glass of blackberries
  • 1 big slice of watermelon
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1 tiny piece of celery

METHOD

  1. Peel the sweet potato, cut into 4 pieces and place into a blender
  2. Wash the blackberries and also add them to the blender
  3. Remove of the watermelon skin. Remove the date’s inner seed and  add the both together with the celery into the blender
  4. Blend everything and when ready pour it into the waiting glasses
