For many people, to make your own fresh juice seems almost impossible. That’s a shame because it takes just 10 minutes and provides our bodies with so much goodness for the rest of our lives. So often when I talk to people, they say they’d love to drink juices but I’ll hear things like ‘I don’t have time to make them’, ‘I can’t make them’, ‘I…blah’ – simply too many excuses to list.
Folks remember you are not doing it for someone else but yourself. I say do it for the sake of your health, your beauty, your bodies for that wonderful feeling you get after you’ve made it and had it. Because in a healthy body is a healthy mind. Nothing nourishes our bodies as much as fresh fruit and vegetables.
Pure fresh juice is being absorbed by our bodies in the blink of an eye. What’s even better is the fact that the body does not need to waste energy on any digestion. All vitamins and minerals are immediately absorbed by our bodies, wonderfully nourishing them. Apples also contain tons of pectin which greatly cleanses the body of toxins. Fresh juice is also an energy booster, perfect in the morning to wake you up. I have delicious freshly made apple and and cinnamon juice today. Please make this full of goodness juice with me. I used a delicate Ceylon cinnamon (spice recognised and appreciated medicinally and culinary). Run to get the juicer out!

WHAT YOU NEED
- 4 apples per person
- 1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon (not the Chinese variety)
- Prepare a juicer
- Wash apples, do not remove the seeds as all goodness is hidden there
- HALF each apple put them into the juicer to start making the delicious apple juice
- I serve it in a beautiful jar with a teaspoon of cinnamon
